20mm is our commercial-grade thickness, the depth specified by serious barns, builders, and facility managers. The added thickness delivers shock absorption, sound dampening, and structural durability that hold up under heavy traffic, wash-down, and harsh exposure.
20mm pavers can be installed by a capable contractor, barn crew, or experienced DIYer. No specialized equipment required.
Over concrete or asphalt: Clean and dry the substrate. Lay pavers tight, interlocking the dog-bone joints. Use polyurethane adhesive around the perimeter for permanent installs, or freelay for applications where future reconfiguration matters.
Over a compacted base: Excavate, lay and compact a crush-rock base, level the surface, and lay pavers directly. The interlocking profile holds them tight without adhesive in most installations.

A rubber paver shaped with narrow necks at each end, allowing adjacent pavers to interlock along their long edges. The result is a stable, continuous surface that resists shifting under heavy traffic.
40mm is the commercial-grade thickness, recommended for barns, wash bays, stall flooring, and any application with horse, vehicle, or heavy traffic. 20mm is the lighter profile, well-suited to residential patios, walkways, and light-use commercial surfaces.
